The Morrison Ranch Subdivision Agoura Hills CA generally range from 2,500 square feet 6,000 square feet.  The subdivision was created in 3 sections, with over 20 different floor plans variations, each with a different size and grade of housing for all residents to enjoy.  It is great for couples, small families and large families alike.  In a lot of cases kids won't have to share a bedroom!  The Morrison Highlands is the highest end housing type in the subdivision with homes ranging from over 3,800 to 6,000 square feet and typically sit on larger parcels of land ranging from 10,000 to  20,000 square feet.  Many of the homes in the Morrison Ranch subdivision have been updated inside and out over the years, typically with small expansions, pools installed, and kitchen and bathroom renovations.  Scattered through the Morrison Ranch subdivision are greenbelts, larger sidewalks, gorgeous landscaping, mountain and nature views, hiking trails and parks.
