The Dial-a-Ride program in Agoura Hills CA is operated by the City of Agoura Hills and serves as a very low cost alternative for curb to curb pick up and drop off.  The vans are of a smaller size, very comfortable and clean, and disabled accessible.  It feels like your own private driver!! 

Areas Served:  Within the City of Agoura Hills, Oak Park, and some adjacent areas.

Operation Hours:  Monday thru Friday - 7:00am to 7:00pm AND Saturday - 9:00am to 4:00pm

Cost:  $1.50 each way.  There is also certain designated drop off points out of the immediate area in Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, and Woodland Hills by appointment - the cost of this appointment service is $3.00 each way.

Wait Time:  Pick up time is 30 minutes or less.  When you call for an appointment you will be given an estimated time.

Another wonderful benefit to this service is for the kids after school.  There are predesignated times for pick up at Lindero Canyon Middle School, Agoura High School, Agoura Hills Recreation Center, Agoura Hills/Calabasas Community Center and the Agoura Hills Library and Civic Center.  A lot of kids use this service for after school activities, to get to the library to study before their parents pick them up after work, or recreation activities at the community centers.  The cost is astronomically less than after school care which is why this is such a popular benefit.
