• May 2013 has not seen an large increase in listings of housing in Agoura Hills CA.  The number of active listings in Agoura Hills increased by 5.6% from the previous month to only 110 active listings.  While this is an increase as it is, we would expect a much higher listing increase this month as we approach the summer months of home transactions prior to school starting in late August.
