AGOURA HILLS AND CONEJO VALLEY INVENTORY RECORD LOW
I may sound like a broken record here, as I have posted a lot on the extremely low inventory of homes for sale in Agoura Hills CA and the Conejo Valley as a whole.
But, I think a visual of the inventory level will really be striking.
Below is a graph of the inventory by time period from May 2005 through November 27, 2012.
As you can see, we are at the lowest point in over 7 1/2 years!
