Jay and Michelle are both “Valley” kids having gone to LAUSD schools. After attending the same college and law school, they resided in Los Angeles for over 20 years before moving out to the Conejo Valley. Having lived in Agoura Hills for the with their 2 daughters and rescue dog, Phoebe, Jay & Michelle couldn’t be happier. This team is well versed in the real estate markets of Agoura Hills, Oak Park, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Calabasas, the San Fernando Valley, beach cities, and relocations from the Westside of Los Angeles. Both hold real estate Broker licenses, are certified as Realtors, and licensed with the State Bar of California.

JAYhas worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years, both in commercial and residential real estate sales, development, construction, acquisition, and leasing. He has transacted over $1 Billion in transactions in homes, condos, apartment builidings, office, retail, and mixed-use properties across the United States. It is in residential real estate that Jay finds the most satisfaction. His positive, up front, and calming demeanor is the secret to his success in this industry. His attention to detail and ability to successfully negotiate for his clients comes from his experience as a real estate attorney.

MICHELLE began her career practicing law in the Los Angeles area. While taking time off to raise her family, she volunteered and raised funds for her kids’ public school, as well as becoming a Board Member of their local sports league. Upon returning to the legal field, Michelle began working in the highly emotional area of Family Law. It was in this area of expertise that Michelle helped families through many difficult life decisions, including relocations, and the process of buying and selling homes. She found this to be extremely rewarding and began to pursue helping people through real estate transactions as a career.
