My 3 Desired Features of a New Agent Website

There is a fabulous contest going on in the Rain concerning the top 3 features real estate agents desire in their website.  The contest is being put on by Websitebox, a company that is offering a one time fee for an agent IDX website with additional pick and choose features instead of a site jammed with features that some or a lot of agents never find useful but pay monthly for regardless.

Sounds like a winning idea and I give kudos to the company for trying to find the best way to tailor such a site.

Here are 3 features that I would like to see as part of my lead generating website, which I have somewhat of a "love-hate relationship with):

1. The ability to customize just about every word on the site.  My current lead generating website allows me to change bits and pieces but maintains control over the majority of the content.  It makes it a bit difficult to get the message out there in the manner in which I want to as the agent.  There should be an upgrade of some sort to allow for such agent control.
2. The ability to fully customize my drip marketing campaigns.  I find it frustrating that my current site allows me to pick which drip campaigns and inclusions to it that I want.  It will not let me completely customize it and more importantly upload tailored content into the CRM system to include as part of the drip campaign.  This could be a great upgrade feature.
3. This one may sound a bit high tech, but I think it is possible.  It would be interesting to get a feature on my site where leads, clients, lookers, etc could click a CALL ME NOW button which would automatically dial through to my cell phone directly from their computer, ipad, mobile phone, etc and get into immediate contact with me.  I don't know how this can be done, but I imagine it can be hooked up with a system like Skype or other like process to accomplish this.  This could be a really great feature upgrade as it provides immediate gratification to the lead.
